Do you bundle services from outside Zambia?

Yes. Many Zambian households subscribe to international services (Netflix, Showmax, Spotify, etc.) — we manage those alongside local-Zambian services and provide cross-currency tooling for the USD/EUR-billed ones.

Can I pay in Kwacha or only USD?

Both. Bundles are billed in either USD or ZMW-equivalent at your choice; cross-border subscription costs are settled in their billing currency with transparent FX. We hold local Zambian payment licensing for ZMW settlement.

How does customer support work?

Local Lusaka office plus WhatsApp Business. Standard response times are within a few hours during local business hours. Subscription cancellation, billing questions, and bundle adjustments are handled directly without phone-tree gauntlets.
